"Price was a big change from what I was paying."

"STAY AWAY!!! Unanswered calls, random price rises every month. For the last three months, they have been adding and removing things on my policy without consulting me which has been raising my bill between 20 and $60 per month. They claim it’s because I canceled my drive safe and save which is not true. As soon as I found it in the mail, I installed it. I don’t know about you, but when I agree to a set monthly payment for a six-month premium, I expect the payment to be the same every month. I called in over 15 times and only three of those phone calls were answered, and none of my voicemails were ever returned not once. Doug, Boss and his team do not know how to respect others and by being honest and open to you as they have lied to me about my policy. Tell me things like there’s nothing we can do about it or it must be a glitch in the system when it’s not, they just refuse to do their job and figure it out. One day I tried calling them for an emergency on my bill and I called maybe 10 times and they hung up on me every single time. I specifically told them to shut off my auto pay so I can manually make my payments like I do with every other bill"

She was fantastic in getting everything setup for me and made it so easy to switch over from one company to the other ( STATE FARM ) she is an asset to this company and I would highly recommend her if you are looking to save money and I will tell you she saved me over $400 per year. I called Chelsea to get insurance on it and she did it the same day and emailed me the cards so I would have them before I even picked it up. She is so awesome and at a very awesome price! And then there’s Jamie at the front desk — honestly, she deserves her own five-star category. She somehow manages to keep everything running smoothly while still making everyone feel welcome the second they walk through the door. If customer service were an Olympic sport, Jamie would be bringing home gold medals daily. Friendly, funny, professional, and always on top of things.
