"My husband and I called our local State Farm agent Doug Bosse, after being advised by a Roofing company our property had hail damage. An Adjuster was sent out in a timely fashion, however after the initial assessment we experienced several hiccups. We reached out to Mike at our local office explained our concerns. He willing stepped made the necessary calls to get the ball rolling. Mike continued to follow up with us as well as with the Catastrophic team to get our concerns resolved. Mike's customer service was absolutely amazing which we are grateful for. Thanks The Bryson's"
